Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Our refund guarantee applies to:
- Your first payment on any subscription (Basic, Pro, or Business)
- Refund requests made within 30 calendar days of that initial payment
Renewal payments (subsequent monthly charges) are not automatically refundable, but we will consider individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@dilanniroshana.com from the email address on your LifeDesk account
- Include your order number or the payment confirmation email you received
- (Optional) Tell us briefly what didn't work — this helps us improve, but you don't have to give a reason
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 24 hours and process them within 3 business days.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used (payment-initiated media). The refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself — if you paid by card via PayHere, the refund will be issued to the same card; if you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a Refund
When a refund is issued:
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately
- Your account is downgraded to the free read-only mode
- Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted
- Any AI credits balance from the refunded period is reset to zero
5. Cancellations Without a Refund
If you cancel after the 30-day refund window, you will not be charged for the next billing period — but the most recent payment is not refunded. You retain access to all paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds outside the 30-day window in cases of:
- Significant unannounced service outages or data loss caused by us
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Subscription charges after a verified cancellation request
- Genuine hardship — please write to us and we will respond fairly
7. Affiliate Earnings & Refunds
If a referred customer is refunded within 30 days, the corresponding affiliate commission is reversed and deducted from the affiliate's pending balance. This is standard practice across affiliate programmes.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks impose costs on us and your card issuer and are usually slower than direct refunds. We will always work with you to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. Existing customers retain the refund terms in effect at the time of their original purchase.
